Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Also included in this new image drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying various parts of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.

Further documentation made public as part of the current investigative release.
